This four-week program is designed for emotional breakthroughs, with vital triggers being revealed as the focus. You will see through adult eyes the simplicity of how your detrimental beliefs and patterns of behaviour have, since early childhood, become part of your DNA. Understanding starts to unfold of how negative ruminating thoughts, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, self-sabotaged and more are often hidden from others. 

By utilizing tools throughout the sessions, with action plans, more realisations come to light of why the challenges have been part of your life for years and the how to consciously change the impact they hold.
